At SofaSofa®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new furniture. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the sofa or furniture piece is in its original condition and securely packaged in the original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our specialized furniture logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup window from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
